This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Effectively recruit new students for designated programs at The Chicago School, acting as their main point of contact throughout the admissions journey.
• Conduct a substantial volume of outbound calls daily to engage prospective students.
• Manage the Salesforce database by overseeing inquiry management, ensuring accurate documentation, logging calls and activities, and implementing a strategic contact approach.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to students during the entire admissions process.
• Educate Representatives on product knowledge, technology, best practices in the admissions process, and other areas to enhance new student recruitment.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 3 years of experience in admissions.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Senior Admissions Representative role or higher.
• Excellent communication and listening abilities.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with customer relationship management systems and the capacity to quickly learn new systems.
