Assistant Design Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation of compliant, high-quality waterproofing design documentation for a variety of commercial and residential projects.

• Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.

• Aid in the formulation of design solutions.

• Operate under the mentorship of senior team members.

• Utilize tools such as AutoCAD, BlueBeam Revu, and the M365 Suite to prepare and assess design documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Familiarity with AS4654.1, AS4858, and NCC Vol 1 & 2.

• 1-2 years of experience in design coordination, project management, or waterproofing consultancy.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Bluebeam for drafting, markups, and design evaluations.

• Strong comprehension of Australian waterproofing standards and compliance obligations.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to independently manage a diverse workload and tasks.
