This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Act as the main point of contact for incoming calls and emails from HOA owners, board members, and vendors.
• Oversee and resolve support tickets in Vantaca, ensuring prompt follow-up and thorough documentation.
• Investigate and rectify payment discrepancies related to accounts receivable (owner) and accounts payable (vendor).
• Prepare, track, and manage documents for electronic signatures using DocuSign.
• Coordinate daily operational activities across an HOA portfolio in partnership with a U.S.-based Community Manager.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with U.S.-based clients and vendors regarding business needs and updates.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or property management.
• Outstanding written and verbal English skills, as client-facing communication with U.S. customers is fundamental to this position.
• Proficient in web-based tools: Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets), DocuSign, and ticketing systems.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple open tickets and priorities concurrently.
• Comfortable working autonomously and proactively bringing issues to your manager's attention.
• Must reside in the Philippines and be available to work night shifts (approximately 9 PM–6 AM PHT).
