Assignment Ready Counselor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Deliver personal financial advisory services to military personnel and their families.

• Support service members in creating a budget plan.

• Create and distribute educational financial resources.

• Facilitate Personal Financial Management workshops.

• Employ virtual counseling and electronic communication methods.

• Handle duty to warn scenarios in accordance with DoD guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• At least 3 years of experience in financial counseling is required.

• Candidates must be U.S. citizens and proficient in English.

• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred.

• Ability to obtain a favorably adjudicated Tier 2 investigation is necessary.

• Possession of one of the following certifications is required: Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), or Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC).
