📋 Description

• Acts as a senior leader within the Asset Services sector of the JLL Real Estate Due Diligence (JREDD) division, offering strategic direction, national operational oversight, and executive-level client engagement for Facility Condition Assessment (FCA).

• Collaborates directly with the Global Leader of Asset Services to shape and implement the business strategy, promote sustainable revenue growth, and maintain the highest standards of technical and professional excellence.

• Provides leadership at the enterprise level across technical operations, talent development, quality and risk management, and service innovation.

• Advocates for the development and ongoing enhancement of service delivery frameworks, technical standards, and operational processes to facilitate scalable, high-quality FCA execution on a national scale.

• Leads enterprise-level business development initiatives, including directing pursuit strategies and responding to RFPs.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in architecture, engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree is preferred.

• At least 15 years of progressively responsible experience in commercial building evaluation, with significant application of ASTM E2018 and Facility Condition Assessment methodologies across a variety of asset classes.

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in client management, strategic account development, and leading multi-disciplinary technical service teams.

• A minimum of five (5) years of senior leadership experience with direct oversight of multi-level teams and demonstrated responsibility for business line financial performance.

• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing operational costs, and scaling technical service organizations in a national or multi-market environment.

• Expert-level understanding of FCA scope requirements and specialized applications including seismic, roofing, building envelope, conveyance, ADA, and MEP evaluations.

• Active licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) is mandatory.
