Asset Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for servicers and external legal counsel.

• Collaborate with servicers to create tools and processes that achieve targeted results.

• Facilitate monthly portfolio review meetings with servicers and ensure clear communication.

• Create and execute performance metrics, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making.

• Ensure that servicer actions are timely and compliant; proactively resolve delays and inefficiencies.

• Analyze and redesign internal processes and those with servicers to tackle root causes and enhance consistency.

• Identify risks within legal or servicing processes and implement sustainable solutions.

• Develop scalable frameworks for efficient and repeatable asset management execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is advantageous.

• Over 5 years of experience in asset management, servicing oversight, or related fields.

• Proficiency in loss mitigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, REO, and litigation practices, with experience in reading and interpreting legal documents.

• Skilled in evaluating processes to determine root causes of volatility.

• Experience collaborating with third-party servicers, legal counsel, and cross-functional teams.

• Advanced Excel skills are essential, including the ability to efficiently represent scenarios in Excel; proficiency in SQL or a willingness to learn is preferred.
