This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversees foreclosed assets; manages and lists REO properties; negotiates offers with buyers; and sells assets to optimize profits and minimize loss severity.

• Implements management strategies in line with the organization's policies and relevant laws, utilizing judgment and discretion, including training vendors, organizing and balancing vendor workloads, monitoring vendor performance, addressing complaints, and resolving issues.

• Collaborates with real estate agents, the foreclosure department, accounts payable, title companies, attorneys, marketing coordinators, closers, eviction coordinators, as well as management and clients.

• Prepares an executive summary for management review regarding high-risk assets as necessary.

• Supervises the handling of Homeowner Association (HOA) assessments, delinquency issues, and code enforcement matters as they develop, ensuring resolution by the responsible parties (e.g., property preservation, field services, and/or agent network tax monitoring, CFK, and evictions).

• Performs additional duties and special projects as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience is required.

• One (1) to four (4) years of experience in Asset Management or a related field.

• Requires independent judgment and decision-making capabilities.

• Must be self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision from a Manager.

• Ability to comprehend opposing viewpoints on complex issues and to negotiate and reconcile differing perspectives.

• Capability to interact with Senior Management as an advisor on projects and serve as the company's principal spokesperson in their area of expertise.

• Ability to apply common sense in job performance.

• Ability to make decisions that significantly impact the immediate work unit.

• Ability to make decisions that greatly affect the department's credibility, operations, and services.

• Proficiency in relevant industry-specific software packages at an intermediate or advanced level.

• Advanced negotiation skills and independent critical thinking are essential.

• Ability to articulate thoughts and ideas in clear and understandable terms.

• Ability to organize and prioritize personal work schedule for both short-term and long-term tasks.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

• Strong communication skills.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Outstanding client service skills.

• Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
