Assessor – Independent Contractor, Project-Based, Flexible Engagement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Facilitate assessment center elements for leadership evaluation activities

• Conduct interviews, manage simulations, and assess participant performance utilizing established frameworks and tools

• Analyze behavioral data to uncover trends that inform comprehensive assessments

• Create written summaries or reports that capture observations and evaluation results

• Provide constructive feedback to participants and/or client stakeholders

• Engage in calibration or alignment meetings to ensure consistency among assessors

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced degree in psychology or a related discipline (e.g., Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development)

• Proven experience with assessment centers for professional development and/or selection processes

• Proficient in conducting behavioral interviews and/or role-play simulations

• Excellent written communication abilities

• Cultural sensitivity and the capability to work effectively with diverse groups

• 2+ years of experience in supporting early-career or mid-level leadership assessments, and/or 8+ years in senior leadership assessments
