This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Facilitate assessment center elements for leadership evaluation activities
β’ Conduct interviews, manage simulations, and assess participant performance utilizing established frameworks and tools
β’ Analyze behavioral data to uncover trends that inform comprehensive assessments
β’ Create written summaries or reports that capture observations and evaluation results
β’ Provide constructive feedback to participants and/or client stakeholders
β’ Engage in calibration or alignment meetings to ensure consistency among assessors
β’ Advanced degree in psychology or a related discipline (e.g., Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development)
β’ Proven experience with assessment centers for professional development and/or selection processes
β’ Proficient in conducting behavioral interviews and/or role-play simulations
β’ Excellent written communication abilities
β’ Cultural sensitivity and the capability to work effectively with diverse groups
β’ 2+ years of experience in supporting early-career or mid-level leadership assessments, and/or 8+ years in senior leadership assessments
β’ Flexible work arrangements
