This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Make outbound sales calls to pre-qualify leads and prospective participants for the PACE program.

• Conduct 20–25 medical needs assessments via phone for pre-qualified leads.

• Prepare seniors for intake meetings with local Enrollment Representatives.

• Surpass monthly participant enrollment targets utilizing persuasive communication and sales strategies.

• Provide detailed information regarding InnovAge’s services, benefits, and the enrollment process.

• Keep accurate records of leads and interactions in a CRM system.

• Handle follow-ups, appointment reschedule requests, and other communications effectively.

• Coordinate the scheduling of intake meetings with pre-qualified participants alongside Enrollment Representatives.

• Contribute to sales strategies aimed at enhancing lead generation and conversion rates.

• Offer compassionate customer service and establish rapport with seniors.

• Navigate discussions around complex care needs and daily living challenges.

• Adhere to call scripts while customizing conversations to fit each participant’s communication style and limitations.

• Aim to complete pre-qualification decisions in a single conversation whenever feasible.

• Increase industry knowledge and improve internal processes through ongoing training and self-development.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, particularly with the frail and/or chronically ill elderly population.

• Demonstrated sales experience, ideally in a high-volume, fast-paced contact center setting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proven persuasive and negotiation skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.

• Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

• A dedication to providing exceptional customer service and compassionate care for elderly individuals.

• An associate degree from an accredited college or university.

• Florida applicants are required to complete a background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

• Previous experience in a customer contact center within a high-volume/high-readiness environment is preferred.

• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.

• Familiarity with PACE/LIFE or similar programs is preferred.

• Multilingual abilities are preferred.

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
