This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Connect with potential participants primarily via phone in a remote contact center setting.
• Conduct outbound sales calls to pre-qualify leads and prospective PACE participants.
• Complete 20–25 medical needs assessments over the phone.
• Identify healthcare requirements and assess program eligibility.
• Provide information regarding InnovAge services, benefits, and the enrollment procedure.
• Maintain precise records of leads and interactions in a CRM system.
• Manage follow-ups, appointment rescheduling requests, and other communications.
• Arrange intake meetings with the Enrollment Representative.
• Achieve or surpass monthly participant enrollment targets.
• Contribute to sales strategies that enhance lead generation and conversion rates.
• Deliver compassionate customer service and establish rapport with seniors.
• Navigate complex discussions regarding care needs involving activities of daily living.
• Execute call scripts while customizing conversations to match participants’ communication styles and limitations.
• Improve industry knowledge and internal processes through continuous training and self-development.
• Over 2 years of healthcare experience working with frail and/or chronically ill elderly individuals.
• Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced contact center environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Exceptional persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
• Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Committed to providing exceptional customer service and compassionate care for the elderly.
• An associate degree from an accredited college or university.
• Previous experience in a customer contact center in a high-volume/high-readiness setting is preferred.
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with PACE/LIFE or similar elderly-care programs is preferred.
• Multilingual skills are preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Florida applicants must undergo a background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
