Asistente de Ventas y Marketing – Mailchimp

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Database segmentation

• Email layout design

• Implementation of email marketing campaigns

• Development of automation workflows

• Analysis of results and monitoring of KPIs (CTR, Open Rate, etc.)

• Generation of basic reports

• Coordination with internal teams

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 year of experience as a marketing and sales assistant in Email Marketing

• Proficiency in Mailchimp or Klaviyo (Mandatory)

• Knowledge in segmentation, automation, and digital metrics.

• Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, or similar platforms (Plus)

• Experience in marketing agencies (Plus)

• Studies in digital marketing or related fields (Plus)
