Asistente de Reclutamiento y Selección – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Execute the recruitment process on-site.

• Essential experience in large-scale recruitment processes.

• Regularly update reports on recruited personnel.

• Contact candidates to invite them for in-person interviews.

• Advertise active job vacancies on job boards.

• Attend Job Fairs and Recruitment Marathons to recruit personnel on-site.

• Follow up with candidates regarding evaluations and onboarding documentation.

• Assist in organizing files of new employees.

• Support with other activities as required by the department.

⛳️ Requirements

• University graduate, bachelor’s degree or diploma holder in Psychology.

• Experience in mass recruitment processes (preferably for profiles in food, cleaning, etc.).

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office is desirable.

• Availability to work on-site.

• Reside in the northern area (Huaraz, Barranca, Huarmey, Huacho).
