Asistente de Reclutamiento y Selección – Free Lance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Conduct the recruitment process in the field.

• Essential experience in large-scale recruitment processes.

• Regularly update reports on recruited personnel.

• Make calls to candidates and invite them to in-person interviews.

• Advertise active job vacancies on job boards.

• Attend job fairs and recruitment marathons to source candidates in the field.

• Follow up with candidates (evaluations and onboarding documentation).

• Assist in organizing files for new employees.

• Support with other activities as required by the department.

⛳️ Requirements

• University graduate, bachelor’s degree, or diploma in Psychology.

• Experience in mass recruitment processes (preferred profiles in food, cleaning, etc.).

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office is desirable.

• Availability to work in the field.

• Reside in the northern area (Huaraz, Barranca, Huarmey, Huacho).
