This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls from Claro Perú customers with the aim of negotiating, retaining, or regularizing services through commercial agreements, providing payment alternatives, benefits, or solutions that ensure customer satisfaction and continued engagement with the company.

• FULL TIME schedule: From Monday to Sunday between 08:00 am and 10:00 pm (working 8 hours daily plus 1 hour for breaks).

• Rotating day off once a week.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in any sales campaign within a call center (portability, renewal, home services, etc.), back office, the sale of intangibles, insurance, etc.

• Availability to work from Monday to Sunday with rotating weekly days off.

• Minimum age of 18 years.

• Completed secondary education.

• Must have personal equipment (laptop or PC) to work from home (40 Mbps connection, wired connection, Intel Core i5 4th generation processor or equivalent/superior, 8GB RAM, 40 GB available storage, Windows 10 or 11, Microsoft Office, USB headphones with a microphone).
