Asesor(a) de Ventas, Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Conduct calls to both existing and potential Entel customers interested in acquiring services for New Lines / Renewals / Portability.

• Work from Monday to Sunday within the hours of 08:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., with 8 working hours plus breaks.

• Adhere to a rotating rest schedule.

• Participate in a remote training program lasting 12 days, from 09:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m.

• Manage sales as a teleoperator using the Click to Call App for Entel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education.

• Availability to work 100% remotely.

• Intel Core i3 processor or higher, starting from the 6th generation.

• Ryzen 3 or higher or AMD8 or higher.

• Wired internet connection of 50 Mbps.

• 8 GB RAM.

• Solid-state drive (SSD).

• Headset and webcam.

• Experience in CALL CENTER sales.

• Strong verbal communication skills.

• Active listening skills.

• Sales expertise.

• Persuasive abilities.
