• Handle incoming calls from customers wishing to cancel their service with WIN, focusing on retention through service enhancement.
• Experience in CALL CENTER (ATC, RETENTION, OR CROSS-SELLING)
• Availability to work REMOTELY, IMPORTANT TO HAVE PERSONAL TOOLS FOR MANAGEMENT
• Willingness to manage shifts from Monday to Sunday within the timeframe of 9am to 9pm (1 day off)
• WEEKLY ROTATING SCHEDULE
• Fixed salary of S/.1130
• Variable compensation based on indicators of approximately S/.590
• REMOTE AND PAID TRAINING from Monday to Saturday (S/.12 per day)
• Initial 3-month renewable contract
