This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to clients who have home services.

• Provide enhanced benefits to improve home entertainment and experience.

• Offer upgrades for internet, cable, and telephone services.

• Participate in the onboarding, training, and service process.

• Issue receipts for fees during the initial months of the trial period.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months experience in sales through a Call Center.

• Positions available for Lima and other provinces.

• Must have a PC or Laptop.

• Operating System must be Windows 10 or 11.

• Processor should be Core i3 of the 5th generation or equivalent and above.

• Minimum RAM of 8 GB is required.

• Wired internet connection of at least 50 Mbps is necessary.

• USB-connected headphones are required.

• Camera must be on during training sessions.

• Must have RUC and SUNAT SOL Key.

• Education: Junior High School completion.

• Required documentation includes: Certijoven or Certiadulto, utility bill, employment certificate, study certificate, valid ID, updated CV, RUC, and SOL user and Key.
