Asesor de Ventas – Campaña Retenciones

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Contact clients who have requested to downgrade their postpaid plan.

• Retain customers by offering promotions, benefits, and/or discounts.

• Keep customers on their current plan.

• Engage in a 13-day training program: 8 days of theoretical training and 5 days of practical training.

• Work full-time or part-time hours, Monday through Saturday.

• Begin service on August 29th.

• Operate under a Service Location / Fee Receipt during the initial months of the trial period.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months of experience in Call Center Sales.

• Positions available for Lima and Provinces.

• Must have a PC or Laptop.

• Operating System: Windows 10 or 11.

• Processor: Core i3 5th generation or equivalent and above.

• Minimum RAM: 8 GB.

• Wired internet connection of at least 50 Mbps.

• USB headphones required.

• Camera must be on during training.

• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday, with Sundays off.

• Must generate RUC and SOL Key in SUNAT.

• Must pass the induction and service process.

• At least 1 month of activity required to receive training payment.

• Must be active on the payment date.

• Valid DNI.

• Updated CV.

• RUC.

• SOL User and Password.

• Certijoven or Certiadulto.

• Certificate of studies.

• Utility bill.

• Employment confirmation from recent experiences.
