This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Respond to customer calls and address their concerns.
• Sell telecommunications services.
• Provide information regarding the company's services.
• Adhere to established protocols and scripts.
• Must have a laptop or PC with CORE I3/I5/I7 / RYZEN 3 or higher / AMD A8 or higher.
• Wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 MBPS.
• A camera with at least 2 megapixels.
• Experience in call center sales (insurance, banking, telecommunications, etc.) is required.
• Family allowance (if applicable).
• Unlimited commissions (NO CAP).
• Complete payroll from the first day of employment (including CTS, VACATIONS, GRATIFICATION, FAMILY ALLOWANCE, SOCIAL INSURANCE ESSALUD, and AFP/ONP).
