This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Manage remote Call Center campaigns

• Communicate with clients and provide assistance

• Develop commercial and sales activities

• Participate in training sessions and adhere to the fixed schedule from 9am to 6pm

• Achieve performance targets and engage in contests and incentives

• Education: Junior High School

• No experience required

• Commitment and eagerness to grow

• Strong verbal communication skills and empathy when interacting

• Sales skills

• Commercial aptitude

• Networking abilities

• Initiative

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Goal-oriented

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Availability for the fixed schedule from 9am to 6pm

• Rotating days off
