Asesor de Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Manage remote call center campaigns

• Communicate effectively with clients using verbal skills and empathy

• Provide customer support and assistance

• Engage in commercial activities and sales

• Participate in paid training sessions

• Adhere to fixed working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM with rotating breaks

• Education: Junior High School

• Commitment and a strong desire to grow

• Effective communication skills and empathy when interacting

• Goal-oriented mindset

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Commercial skills

• Networking abilities

• Initiative

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Sales capability

• No prior professional experience required
