This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Manage Call Center campaigns remotely

• Communicate with clients and provide customer service

• Conduct sales and commercial activities

• Participate in paid training sessions

• Adhere to a fixed schedule from 09:00 to 18:00 with rotating breaks

• Achieve performance targets and engage in contests and incentives

• Education: Junior High School

• Commitment and a strong desire to grow

• Strong verbal communication skills and empathy

• Goal-oriented

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Commercial skills

• Networking abilities

• Initiative

• Communication and persuasion skills

• Sales experience

• No prior experience required
