This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

• Manage and oversee Call Center campaigns remotely.

• Engage with clients using persuasive and empathetic communication skills.

• Execute commercial and sales activities.

• Meet performance objectives.

• Participate in training sessions and campaign activities.

• Education: Junior High School.

• No prior experience necessary.

• Commitment and a strong desire to grow.

• Strong verbal communication skills and empathy while interacting.

• Effective communication and persuasion abilities.

• Initiative and proactivity.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Commercial aptitude.

• Networking skills.

• Sales experience.

• Goal-oriented mindset.

• Availability for a fixed schedule from 09:00 to 18:00.

• Rotating days off.
