This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Respond to user inquiries regarding products purchased through the e-commerce platform and the use of the website.

• Support provided via phone, email, and chat.


⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education.

• Experience is not mandatory.

• Good level of communication, writing, and spelling skills.

• Availability to work from home.

• A designated workspace for remote work is required.
