This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

• Reach out to clients to enhance loyalty and ensure retention.

• Provide them with benefits offered by other operators and successfully close a renewal sale, fixed plan, or plan change (ALL ARE PART OF THE OPERATOR).

• Experience in call center sales, retention, customer service, among others. (MINIMUM 3 MONTHS).
