Asesor Comercial, Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Engage with clients to enhance loyalty and retention

• Provide benefits offered by another operator

• Finalize sales for renewals, fixed plans, or plan changes

• Work from Monday to Saturday, with Sundays off

• Participate in training sessions from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be over 18 years of age

• Minimum of 3 months experience in a call center, customer service, or sales

• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday

• Must have a PC or laptop

• Operating system must be Windows 10

• Processor should be Core i3 of the 5th generation or equivalent and above

• Minimum of 8 GB RAM

• Wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps

• USB headset required

• Camera must be on during training, mandatory

• Positions available for Lima and provinces
