Asesor Comercial, Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to clients to foster loyalty and retention.

• Provide benefits offered by another operator.

• Close renewal sales, whether fixed or plan changes.

• Work from Monday to Saturday, with Sundays off.

• Participate in training sessions from Monday to Saturday.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be over 18 years old.

• Minimum of 3 months experience in CALL CENTER, CUSTOMER SERVICE, or SALES.

• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday with Sundays off.

• Positions available in Lima and other provinces.

• Must have a PC or laptop.

• Operating System: Windows 10.

• Processor: Core i3, 5th generation or equivalent and above.

• Minimum of 8 GB RAM.

• Wired internet with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.

• USB headset required.

• Camera must be on during training sessions, mandatory.

• The first three months are RxH; from the fourth month, payroll will be according to performance indicators.
