This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to clients to enhance loyalty and ensure retention.

• Provide them with the benefits offered by other operators and close sales for renewals, fixed plans, or plan changes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in call center sales, retention, customer service, among others.

• Completed secondary education or technical and/or university studies in progress or completed.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office at a user level.
