Asesor Call Center, Turnos mañana y tarde, comisiones ilimitadas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide customer service and engage in cross-selling activities as a Customer Service Advisor + Cross.

• Work 100% remotely from home.

• Participate in remote and paid training sessions.

• Complete an 8-hour management shift.

• Work in morning or evening shifts from Monday to Sunday.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 months experience in Call Center Customer Service.

• Ongoing or incomplete technical or university studies.

• Possess a PC or laptop along with a wired headset.

• Wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps.

• Availability to work from Monday to Sunday.

• Availability for the morning shift: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (8 hours of management + 1 hour break).

• Availability for the evening shift: 2:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.

• Junior High School education.
