This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide customer service and engage in cross-selling activities.

• Work entirely remotely from the comfort of your home.

• Participate in remote and paid training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months experience in Call Center Customer Service.

• Ongoing or incomplete technical or university studies.

• Must have a PC or laptop along with a wired headset.

• Wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps.

• Availability to work from Monday to Sunday.

• Morning shift: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (8 hours of management + 1 hour break).

• Evening shift: 2:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
