Asesor Call Center – Turnos mañana y tarde

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to customers in a call center environment

• Deliver customer service and execute cross-selling

• Operate completely remotely

• Engage in remote and paid training sessions

• Adhere to an 8-hour management schedule

• Work in morning or evening shifts, from Monday to Sunday

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months experience in Call Center Customer Service

• Ongoing or incomplete technical or university studies

• Must have a PC or laptop + wired headset

• Wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps

• Availability to work from Monday to Sunday

• Morning shift: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (8 hours of management + 1 hour break)

• Evening shift: 2:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.

• Minimum education: Junior High School
