Asesor Call Center – Turnos mañana y tarde

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service and engage in cross-selling as a Customer Service Advisor + Cross.

• Work in morning or evening shifts, from Monday to Sunday.

• Manage 8 hours of work daily plus a 1-hour break.

• Participate in remote and paid training sessions.

• Operate in a fully remote work environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months experience in Call Center Customer Service.

• Ongoing or incomplete technical or university studies.

• Must have a PC or laptop and a wired headset.

• Wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps.

• Availability to work from Monday to Sunday.

• Morning shift: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with 8 hours of management and 1 hour of break, or evening shift: 2:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.

• Educational level: Junior High School.
