Asesor Call Center Retenciones Postpago – Semi y Full Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Engage with clients to foster loyalty and retention.

• Provide benefits offered by other operators.

• Close sales for renewals, fixed lines, or plan changes.

• Participate in training sessions from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

• Work full-time or part-time hours based on the selected range.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have EXPERIENCE in call center sales, retention, customer service, among others.

• Completed secondary education or technical and/or university studies in progress or completed.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office at a user level.

• Customer-oriented.

• Effective communication skills.

• Strong negotiation abilities.

• Availability to work rotating shifts.

• Availability to work on Sundays and holidays as scheduled.

• One rotating day off, assigned upon completion of training.
