Asesor Call Center – Renovación de equipos

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Conduct calls to interested clients to offer them mobile device renewal options.

• Provide guidance regarding service information and procedures.

• Assist clients with inquiries or questions via phone.

• Monitor the delivery process of the sold product to the user.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed Secondary Education.

• Must have a laptop or PC with internet access via modem or router.

• Availability to work from home.

• Willingness to work from Monday to Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
