This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Answering calls to assist Claro customers with their inquiries and concerns.

• We do not engage in sales; our focus is solely on Customer Service.

• Remote Telephone Advisors - 100% remote management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed Secondary Education.

• Formal experience in customer service or sales (3 months).

• Must have equipment (Computer or Laptop to work from home) - Windows 11 PRO, 8GB RAM, wired internet, webcam.
