Artwork Closer – Prepress Operator, Prepress Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the complete pre-press process to ensure that artwork is ready for production.

• Prepare, enhance, and optimize client artwork files for printing purposes.

• Assess artwork and confirm adherence to production specifications, quality standards, and printing guidelines.

• Modify and edit artwork using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and PDF editing software.

• Generate and finalize print-ready files for production.

• Work closely with the Production, Customer Service, and Sales teams to facilitate a smooth workflow and ensure timely delivery.

• Liaise with customers as needed to clarify artwork requirements and address technical issues.

• Identify and resolve artwork-related challenges to reduce production delays and errors.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a Prepress, Graphic Production, or a similar role.

• Proficient hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and PDF editing software.

• Knowledge of Enfocus PitStop Pro is a plus.

• Comprehensive understanding of print production processes, artwork specifications, color management, and file preparation.

• Strong attention to detail and capability to work accurately under tight deadlines.

• Good communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams in various countries.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
