Arts Telefundraising/Subscription Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.

• Engage with current donors, subscribers, and patrons to encourage the renewal and enhancement of their support.

• Highlight upcoming performance seasons and special events.

• Conduct outreach for subscription and donation initiatives.

• Foster relationships with arts enthusiasts within your community.

• Proven passion for the performing arts.

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or fundraising is preferred.

• Excellent communication abilities and a professional demeanor on the phone.

• Capability to adhere to scripts while providing a natural conversational experience.

• Technologically adept with a dependable computer/laptop, headset, and internet access.

• Self-driven with a strong work ethic.

• Collaborative team member comfortable with virtual teamwork.

• Willingness to participate in video team meetings.

• Receptive to coaching and constructive feedback on performance.
