Artist, Label Success Coordinator – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Partner Management: Supervise and implement changes to DSP policies; serve as the primary contact for operational issues both internally and externally.

• Catalog & Release Management: Manage releases, ensure the accuracy of metadata, maintain compliance, address errors, and coordinate platform delivery along with backend administration.

• Claims & Issue Resolution: Efficiently investigate and resolve incoming claims across platforms with precision.

• Key Account Support: Assist key accounts through meetings, strategic oversight, internal coordination, and support during releases.

• Artist & Label Onboarding: Assist artists and labels throughout the onboarding process, respond to inquiries, collect feedback, and provide hands-on assistance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Located in Poland and interested in freelancing.

• Proficient in Polish and English; knowledge of German is a plus.

• Experience within the music industry and a strong awareness of current trends.

• High service orientation with the ability to comprehend artist needs and transform them into growth opportunities.

• A collaborative mindset – actively contributing ideas and supporting the team.

• Dependability, initiative, and the capability to manage various tasks independently.

• An acute attention to detail while maintaining a broader perspective.

• Ideally, an established network within the music industry, including artists, labels, and/or DSPs.
