Artificial Intelligence Manager – LATAM Candidates Only

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the formulation and implementation of the company’s Artificial Intelligence strategy that aligns with business goals.

• Establish and chair the AI Committee, setting corporate policies, governance frameworks, and guidelines for the ethical use of AI and AI agents.

• Cultivate and oversee the internal AI community while promoting AI First initiatives throughout the organization.

• Direct the rollout of enterprise AI platforms, models, and solutions utilizing leading technologies and providers such as Microsoft, Google, and OpenAI.

• Identify and pursue opportunities to integrate Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) within strategic and operational business processes.

• Supervise the incorporation of AI solutions into essential business sectors, ensuring scalability, security, and value creation.

• Establish standards and best practices for AI architecture, data governance, security, ethics, and responsible AI implementation.

• Create and manage AI training programs and digital transformation initiatives to enhance AI adoption throughout the organization.

• Foster innovation by assessing emerging AI technologies, trends, and business prospects.

• Collaborate with executive leadership, technology teams, data teams, and business stakeholders to facilitate AI-driven transformation.

• Develop success metrics, KPIs, and governance models to evaluate the impact and uptake of AI initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in technology, data, digital transformation, or roles related to Artificial Intelligence.

• Demonstrated experience in leading the deployment of AI solutions, enterprise AI platforms, or digital transformation initiatives.

• Strong knowledge and practical experience with:

• Generative AI.

• Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Machine Learning and Deep Learning.

• Computer Vision.

• Natural Language Processing (NLP).

• Transformer-based architectures.

• Experience with advanced AI models and methodologies, including:

• Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN).

• Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN).

• Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).

• Diffusion Models.

• Reinforcement Learning.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise AI platforms and scalable AI solutions.

• Familiarity with data governance, technology policies, AI ethics, and frameworks for responsible AI.

• Capability to translate business challenges into scalable technological solutions.

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication abilities.

• Experience in multinational or complex corporate environments.

• Advanced English proficiency (C1) is required.

• Must have experience working with U.S. clients.
