This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Create workflows for AI agent orchestration.

• Assess AI-generated architectural designs at the portfolio level.

• Offer technical guidance and strategic direction in software engineering.

• Develop, troubleshoot, and uphold production code.

• Architect and implement distributed systems or enterprise-level applications.

• Balance the demands of performance, security, resilience, and scalability with delivery timelines.

• Construct AI-enhanced Agile delivery workflows and frameworks for AI governance.

• Act as the technical lead for a solutions-focused team.

• Stay informed about the swift advancements in AI coding assistants, AI code review tools, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in designing AI agent orchestration workflows and AI harnesses, as well as validating AI-generated architectural designs at the portfolio level.

• In-depth understanding of AI agent orchestration platforms, multi-agent system architecture, context engineering, AI harnesses, and the capabilities and limitations of AI.

• Significant commercial experience in software engineering, along with a proven history of technical leadership and strategic influence.

• Strong grasp of software architecture patterns and systems thinking at the portfolio level.

• Practical experience in designing, writing, debugging, and maintaining production code.

• Background in designing and delivering distributed systems or enterprise-scale applications.

• Familiarity with enterprise-scale non-functional requirements engineering, encompassing performance, security, resilience, and scalability.

• Experience in designing AI-augmented Agile delivery workflows and frameworks for AI governance.

• Proficiency in at least one modern backend language, such as Java, Python, or TypeScript/Node.js.

• Experience with a cloud platform, like AWS.

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins or Bitbucket Pipelines.

• Experience with containerization technologies, including Docker or Kubernetes.

• Comprehensive knowledge across the technology stack.

• Practical experience with AI coding assistants, AI code review tools, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.

• Experience in implementing quality gates for AI-generated code and portfolio-level automated validation tools.

• History of serving as the technical lead for a solutions team.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, Chemistry, or a related field, or exceptional commercial experience leading system- or portfolio-level technical delivery in place of a degree.
