• Delivers engaging synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences for students on a daily basis

• Offers personalized feedback tailored to individual needs using various techniques

• Adjusts instruction according to each student's level of understanding

• Fosters a welcoming classroom atmosphere while adhering to established course management guidelines

• Evaluates student data to determine effective actions that enhance student success

• Builds and maintains positive relationships with families and ensures proactive communication with all stakeholders in a timely manner

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

• Valid state teaching license

• Capability to pass the necessary background check

• Willingness to complete training within two weeks

• Open to receiving regular coaching

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
