Art Director, Web Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Art Direction & Brand development.

• Visual Narrative - Craft unique visual realms that steer clear of clichés. Demonstrated expertise in typography, information hierarchy, and impactful composition.

• C-Level Presentations - Creation of commercial and institutional presentations that effectively "sell themselves," featuring exceptional finishes for discerning audiences.

• Strategic Social Design - Design narrative carousels aimed at retention (storytelling) and performance-oriented creatives.

• Web Design & Technical Performance.

• Website and Landing Page Development - Design contemporary interfaces emphasizing UX/UI and conversion rates.

• Technical SEO - Practical application of meta tags, headings, image optimization, and enhancements to page speed.

• Infrastructure Management - Skilled in managing DNS records, redirects, email setup, and indexing.

• Strategic Video Editing.

• Editing Reels and Video Sales Letters (VSLs) focused on retention, conversion, and immersive design.

• Color grading and dynamic captioning that enhance the speaker's authority.

• AI and Operational Efficiency.

• Hands-on experience utilizing AIs (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Claude, Nano Banana, Firefly, Runway, Freepik, Framer, CapCut AI, Lovable, automation tools, etc.) to expedite operational delivery and improve creative quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Currently pursuing or possessing a degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Advertising, Marketing, Multimedia, or similar fields.

• Experience: Strong portfolio showcasing experience in developing visual identities, web design/WordPress, and editing videos for social media (short formats and VSLs).

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Premiere, CapCut, and Canva Pro.

• Practical experience with WordPress (site building, themes, plugins).

• Solid understanding of formats and trends on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

• Availability from 9:00 to 18:00 (Monday to Friday).

• Must possess personal work equipment (desktop or laptop).
