This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the visual concept development and implementation of social-first campaigns, covering both paid and organic initiatives, from initial brief to final delivery, including static, motion, and video formats.
β’ Direct shoots, user-generated content (UGC) style projects, and motion pieces with a clear and confident perspective, guiding external content partners effectively.
β’ Create primary creative concepts, design systems, and art direction packages that provide external partners, agencies, and content creators with a robust foundation for adaptation and scaling.
β’ Apply genuine design expertise to all work, focusing on typography, layout, color, composition, and hierarchy across both static and motion visuals.
β’ Exhibit a keen instinct for what resonates on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging channels.
β’ Develop and sustain social creative systems and templates in Figma that can be scaled across the team while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship.
β’ Leverage proficiency in AI image, video, and workflow tools to expedite exploration, validate concepts more swiftly, and advance creativity beyond traditional processes.
β’ Collaborate with Growth, Brand Marketing, and agency partners to ensure that social creative aligns with brand identity and performance objectives.
β’ Contribute to the establishment of a unified visual language for the team and elevate the craftsmanship standard across social media outputs.
β’ A minimum of 7 years of experience as an art director with a focus on social content, gained either at an agency or in-house.
β’ A portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of work across paid and organic social media, showcasing strong examples of both brand-focused and performance-oriented projects.
β’ Proficiency in performance marketing, with an understanding of how to measure paid creative, recognize meaningful tests, and utilize data to guide creative decisions without compromising originality.
β’ Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with required experience in motion graphics.
β’ Strong foundation in design principles; you possess a deep understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy that exceeds mere aesthetic intuition.
β’ Proven ability to work comfortably with AI creative tools and a genuine interest in their future developments.
β’ An instinctive awareness of cultural trends, allowing you to identify what's gaining traction online before it becomes mainstream.
β’ Excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate creative decisions clearly through platforms like Slack, not just in formal presentations.
β’ Demonstrated drive and initiative, as everyone in this role is expected to be a builder and executor.
