Art Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with Account Managers, clients, and suppliers to develop engaging artwork.

• Create customer proofs and oversee production-ready file management.

• Facilitate artwork approvals throughout the production timeline.

• Oversee vendor communications and monitor project schedules.

• Ensure the smooth progression of orders from concept to delivery.

• Use Ziflow to present concepts to clients and collaborate on design modifications.

• Promptly relay approvals to the Account Manager.

• Direct complex supplier inquiries to the relevant Account Manager.

• Evaluate and authorize supplier proofs for orders up to $1000.

• Write and manage all precise reorders, utilizing pricing guidance from the designated Account Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.

• 2–3 years of experience in roles such as Graphic Designer, Art Coordinator, Production Artist, or similar creative production positions.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Availability to work during overnight/graveyard shifts aligned with Philippine time or within US business hours.

• High proficiency in Windows-based computer applications.

• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator and Photoshop.

• Competent in Google Workspace, including Drive, Voice, Meet, Docs, and Sheets.

• Familiarity with ASI, PPAI, and Sage is preferred.

• Experience with AI-assisted graphic editing applications is preferred.

• Knowledge of CLC BrandManager 360 is preferred.
