This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Define the architecture of agents, taking into account scalability, modularity, interoperability, and security.
• Determine the number of subagents required based on the functional and technical objectives of the project.
• Select appropriate architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven, serverless).
• Establish acronyms and modules according to capacity and aligned with BIAN.
• Map the data necessary for the agent's context.
• Outline the integration between the agent and systems, detailing the necessary tools.
• Define strategies for API consumption and exposure, including gateways.
• Establish mechanisms for access control, encryption, and monitoring.
• Gather and validate technical requirements (performance, availability, security, scalability).
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development and data science teams.
• Act as a bridge between technical and business areas, facilitating communication and mutual understanding.
• Support other team members (engineers, data scientists, analysts) with best architectural practices.
• Assess systemic impacts of changes in workflows.
• Positively influence and promote the adoption of robust architectural solutions.
• Strong experience in Architecture, API concepts, microservices, modularity, and messaging, as well as the interpretation of architectural diagrams.
• Understanding of security, versioning, and scalability.
• Knowledge of AI agent/multi-agent architecture.
• Familiarity with agent frameworks (ADK Google, LangChain, etc.).
• Fundamentals of AI: types of agents, ML pipelines, NLP, LLMs, RAG, Context, Embedding.
• Model lifecycle knowledge: training, validation, deployment, monitoring.
• Understanding of AI platforms and the delivery process of agents (from development to production).
• Principles of governance for intelligent agents: accountability, traceability, transparency.
• Modeling roles and capabilities of agents and subagents.
• Definition of operational policies, ethical boundaries, and limits for agents.
• Analyze complex scenarios and propose structured and scalable solutions.
