📋 Description

• Lead initiatives for the modernization of legacy systems (PowerBuilder or similar)

• Define the target architecture based on .NET (preferably .NET Core/.NET 6+)

• Drive migration strategies to AWS (Lift-and-Shift, Refactor, or Rebuild)

• Participate in establishing best practices for architecture (DDD, microservices, APIs)

• Support technical decisions regarding refactoring, rewriting, or encapsulating legacy systems

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical alignment

• Establish standards for observability, scalability, and resilience in the cloud

• Serve as a technical reference for developers and technical leaders

• Solid experience as a Software Architect or Senior Tech Lead

• Proven background in modernizing legacy systems

• Experience with .NET (C#, .NET Core, REST APIs)

• Familiarity with AWS cloud (architecture, services, and best practices)

• Knowledge of distributed architectures (microservices, event-driven)

• Experience with system integration and APIs

• Understanding of migration strategies (Strangler Pattern, Replatform, etc.)

• Familiarity with containers (Docker) and orchestration (EKS/Kubernetes)
