This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Comprehend the business needs and end-user requirements of each client;

• Analyze and evaluate available technology options;

• Develop and document solution architectures;

• Collaborate with development teams to implement solutions;

• Ensure that solutions meet security, scalability, and performance requirements;

• Provide technical guidance to development teams and other stakeholders;

• Identify and resolve technical and integration issues;

• Maintain the tools utilized by the development team;

• Work closely with management to align strategic, tactical, and operational aspects of the Services area regarding technological issues;

• Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the infrastructure that supports software engineering processes;

• Accountable for providing technical support in the preparation of pre-sales proposals;

• Conduct technical interviews when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server);

• Proficiency in modern JavaScript (TypeScript/Angular/React);

• Knowledge of HTML and CSS;

• Understanding of UX/UI principles;

• Proficient in version control (preferably Git);

• Experience with Tomcat/JBoss;

• Familiarity with Lumis Framework;

• Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins);

• Act as a reference for best development practices (Clean Code, S.O.L.I.D);

• Serve as a reference for the application of Design Patterns;

• Experience in defining delivery scope;

• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban);

• Knowledge in DevSecOps;

• Responsible for leading the software architecture and design process, particularly in more complex projects;

• Design resilient and scalable architectures with AI integration, aligning strategy, technology, and security at all stages from conception to implementation;

• Collaborate with delivery squads in creating AI-focused solutions;

• Strong problem-solving skills;

• Leadership, tactical, and operational capabilities;

• Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, and collaboration;

• Monitoring, controlling, and time management;

• Organizational and analytical skills;

• Knowledge in Information Security.
