This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Interact with prospective and current clients to enhance sales initiatives and foster relationships.
• Execute outbound communications including calls and emails to healthcare professionals (HCPs) within the assigned territory, generating awareness and interest in our therapy solutions.
• Develop and sustain significant, professional connections with HCPs to cultivate trust, confidence, and sustained engagement with our therapy offerings.
• Inform HCPs about the features, advantages, and clinical benefits of our therapy solutions, aiding their understanding of how our products meet patient requirements.
• Maintain precise records of interactions, prospects, and sales opportunities in the CRM system, monitoring progress to ensure a robust pipeline.
• Collaborate with field sales representatives to guarantee consistent messaging, share pertinent insights, and coordinate efforts for high-value accounts.
• Collect insights from engagements with HCPs to remain informed on competitive products, market trends, and evolving HCP requirements, relaying feedback to marketing and product teams.
• Meet or surpass monthly and quarterly outreach, engagement, and sales objectives, regularly updating Sales Leadership on KPIs.
• Assist in tracking market trends and competitor activities to aid strategic planning and enhance sales performance.
• Provide input on sales methodologies and customer needs to help refine sales strategies.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience; experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of sales principles and techniques.
• Exhibit outstanding communication skills, both in-person and via video conferencing, to effectively engage with stakeholders.
• Promptly address and resolve customer and team issues, ensuring high satisfaction levels and successful outcomes.
• Highly driven with a proactive and positive demeanor.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• High level of integrity and professionalism, with a genuine passion for making a positive impact.
• Previous experience in a startup environment is a plus.
• Occasional travel within the territory may be necessary.
