This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Create and execute a strategic business development plan for Italy that aligns with the company's goals and market dynamics.
• Identify, assess, and onboard new distributors and partners throughout the region, ensuring coverage in crucial markets and sectors.
• Seek out and pursue new business opportunities that support the company's growth strategy.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market analysis to uncover new trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Evaluate market data to formulate and implement effective sales strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee successful product and service delivery.
• Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients and partners.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
• Oversee and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives concurrently.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the electronic security industry or a related field.
• Demonstrated sales experience in the Toscana, Umbria, and Marche region.
• Strong technical expertise in electronic security systems, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, or fire alarm systems.
• Proven history of engaging in the complete sales process, from identifying new business opportunities to developing proposals and presentations, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Experience in creating and implementing successful sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster relationships with customers, partners, and industry leaders at the executive level.
• Strong analytical capabilities to assess market trends, identify customer needs, and create effective solutions.
• Capacity to manage and prioritize several projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Awareness of the latest technologies and trends in electronic security, including cloud-based solutions, IoT, and AI-driven analytics.
