Area Sales Manager – Southern Europe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Propel sales expansion for our passive components in Southern Europe (Spain, Portugal)

• Oversee OEM, distributor, and POS accounts

• Conduct regular visits to customers to enhance sales and offer technical support

• Deliver sales forecasts, reports, action plans, as well as annual budgets and sales objectives

• Collaborate with FAEs, Marketing, and Product Managers

• Track market trends and competition to aid in business planning and strategy implementation

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in a technical discipline or a related field

• At least 3 years of professional experience in sales/marketing, ideally related to electro-mechanical components

• Technical expertise: understanding of passive and electromechanical components

• Language proficiency: strong command of English and preferably Portuguese or French

• Willingness to travel: often (approximately 80%)

• Characteristics: an entrepreneurial sales mindset with outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
